What SGW Dumpster Rental Saginaw does with what you tell us on the phone, what this site collects on its own, and what the third-party chat widget on these pages does.
- City ordinance quoted by section
- 17 communities, 19 governments
- Call-only — no quote form
- We say what we could not verify
This policy explains what SGW Dumpster Rental Saginaw does with personal information collected through saginawdumpsterrentals.com and when you contact us. It was last reviewed in October 2026.
What we collect, and why there is not much of it
This is a call-only business, so nearly everything we hold is what you said out loud: who you are, a number to call back on, where the box is going and what is going into it. That is kept because a container cannot be scheduled, billed or collected without it, and because you may call later with a question about the same job. On the pages we wrote there is no quote form, no booking screen and no account, so nothing on this site asks you to register or to submit your details to us in writing.
Separately, the server that hands you these pages writes down what every web server writes down: the address your request came from, which browser and what sort of device asked, which page you landed on, which page sent you, and when. Analytics reads the same material back. It shows us which pages get finished and which get abandoned halfway. It does not put a name to anybody.
The chat widget, and we are going to name it
There is a chat window on these pages. It is a third-party widget supplied by Leads-Magician
and loaded from api.leads-magician.com, and it is worth being exact about how it works, because a
chat window is a form even when the page's own markup does not contain one: the widget injects its chat
form into the page at runtime, in your browser, after the page has loaded. So when other pages on this
site say there is no quote form, no booking screen and no account, that is a statement about the website we
built. The chat window is a separate thing, it was added by somebody else, and it is on the screen.
If you type into that chat window, what you type goes to Leads-Magician. It does not go into a form we wrote. We did not build the widget, we did not write the code that stores the conversation, and we do not control what it stores, how long it keeps it, where it is kept, or who else it is shared with. That is governed by Leads-Magician's own terms and privacy practices, not by this policy. If a conversation is passed on to us as an inquiry, then what we receive is handled under this policy from that point — but what happens inside the widget is not ours to describe, and we are not going to write a reassuring paragraph about a system we do not run.
Two practical consequences. First, typing into the chat window is not an order and nothing is booked by it; nothing is confirmed on this site until you have spoken to somebody. Second, if you would rather not hand anything to a third-party service, do not use the chat window — call (989) 272-9034 instead, which is how this business actually runs anyway.
Cookies and similar technologies
A cookie is a small marker your own browser stores on your own device. The ones these pages set do two dull jobs: keeping the site working as you move around it, and counting which pages get read to the end. Whatever the chat window sets is set by its provider, on its own judgment, not ours. Every browser lets you refuse cookies or clear the ones already there, and the written pages here carry on working if you do. The chat window and one or two conveniences may stop behaving, or stop appearing at all.
How we use information
- Talking a job through, getting a container to the address, and getting it away again
- Billing the work and keeping the books straight
- Picking the thread back up when you call again, and sorting out anything that went wrong
- Meeting the record-keeping that tax law and waste law put on us
- Correcting these pages when something on them turns out to be wrong
Sharing
Nothing is sold to anybody. It leaves this business only where the job cannot be done otherwise: a disposal or recovery site that has to log where a load came from, whoever processes the payment, the bookkeeper, and any demand the law puts on us that we are not entitled to refuse. The one exception runs the other way round — the chat window's provider may be holding something you typed before it ever reaches us.
Retention and security
Paperwork on a job stays on file for the period tax and business law sets, and goes when that period is up. What we hold is protected by the ordinary technical and organizational measures a business this size can reasonably run. Nothing sent across the internet is ever perfectly safe, and a privacy page that told you otherwise would be the least trustworthy thing on this site.
Your choices
Ask us what is on file against your name and you will be told. Ask for a correction and it gets corrected. Ask for it to be deleted and it is deleted, except where tax or waste record-keeping law obliges us to keep it, in which case we will say which obligation and for how long. For anything you typed into the chat window, ask us and we will tell you what we actually received; what the widget's provider holds separately is a question for them.
Children
Nothing here is written for or aimed at children, and we do not set out to collect anything from them. A roll-off container is not a product a child buys.
Links to other sites
We link out to city, township, county, state and federal sources because they are the documents our pages are built on. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Changes
When this policy is rewritten, the new wording goes up on this page and the review date at the top moves with it. There is no archive of earlier versions; what is here is what applies.
